What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer free shipping on all of our products which are currently sold online when the total exceeds $100 dollars. Otherwise, shipping is $10 dollars per order. Free shipping does not include skimboards. Skimboards are a $50 flat rate anywhere in the US. We generally ship USPS priority for all our products. We may notify you directly if another shipping method makes sense.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unless otherwise stated, we only ship in the USA. Of course in some cases we can make exceptions. Please contact us before you make a purchase and let us know your shipping destination.

Online we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Expresss.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. However you’re able to make an account for yourself to make future purchases easier.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will email you with tracking information when we ship your item. If you don’t receive an email please contact us and we’ll locate your shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?
Please contact us for authorization and instructions for all returns, refunds, or exchanges. Apparel purchased within 30 days with a receipt may be returned or exchanged. No refunds or returns on custom surfboards will be accepted. We insure all of our surfboard shipments against damage that may occur in transit.
